A leaked NHS report says staff hit patients, refused them food or drink and drove them to notorious “dogging” sex spots for their amusement.

The leaked report says two staff members, named only as A and B, were responsible for 42 of the incidents. All of the accused strenuously deny any wrongdoing.
Health trust bosses have apologised to patients and families for “failing to protect” those in its care.
